Definition

With this indicator you can specify whether or not this insurance relationship is the main insurance relationship for the current case.

You can only define one insurance relationship as the main insurance relationship in any given validity period. If you restrict the validity period of the insurance relationship, you can select more than one main insurance relationship for a case.

Use

If payment distribution is used, the insurance relationship(s) defined as the main insurance relationship is used for price determination.

In country version Switzerland, these insurance relationships are also used for settlement agreement determination.
