Definition

If this option is selected, after a block of appointments is moved from planning object A to planning object B a link to the original planning object A is retained and the block of appointments for planning object B flagged as a substitution.

If the block of appointments is moved back to the original planning object A, this is recognized and the substitution situation is cancelled.

In contrast to a real substitution which you can create by choosing Edit -> Appointment block -> Substitute, a time slot which can be booked remains available for the planning object A after you have moved the appointment(s). Consequently setting this indicator does not include the available time slot of planning object A in the move operation.
