Health insurer name from the insurance provider master file issued by the Federal Association of Panel Physicians (PPA).
Serves to rapidly identify insurance providers if the insured's card is not presented, or if the institute indicator of the insurance provider is not otherwise known.
The health insurer search name is constructed according to established conventions and is filled only from the insurance provider master file.
