Number of non-specific DRG principal diagnoses for a case. Non-specificity is usually designated by a "9" in the 4th digit of the ICD code. However, customers can modify the definition of the "non-specificity of a diagnosis" to satisfy their own requirements. The correct value of the result is O or 1.
