Definition
In this field, you store the health insurer number for the insurance relationship of a preregistered patient.
When the patient is admitted, this health insurer number is used to create an insurance relationship for the case.
If the insurance relationship data is imported from a healthcare smart card (health insurance card), the IS-H system parameter VCARDKEY VCARDKEY lets you stipulate which field in the business partner master or insurance provider master in the IS-H System corresponds to the field "Health Insurer Number" in the insurance relationship for the preregistration.
The system supports the following health insurer numbers:
- 10-digit identification key of the business partner
- Institute indicator from the insurance provider master (Inst.Ind.)
- Health insurer number from the insurance provider master (HI Number)
- Health insurer number according to healthcare smart card from the insurance provider master (HI Number HCSC).
