Example
The following values exist for the country version Germany:
- + for dagger diagnoses
- * for asterisk diagnoses
- ! for supplementary diagnoses
- empty for "normal" (non-classified) ICD-10 diagnoses.
The type # (pound sign code) also exists for the country version Austria. Pound sign code numbers are all code numbers that are not transferred in code numbers of ICD-9 BMAGS 1998 and can only be used internally by hospitals.
