Definition
This parameter is primarily a performance parameter. Therefore, you should ensure that by default this indicator is set.
This setting allows the system to successfully access a rule using a combination for FR/PS determination. In this case, the current ICPM code of the case can be located in any position within this combination.
If this parameter is not set, it is indispensable that the ICPM code is identical with the first position of the combination.
This restriction is justifiable for main codes of surgical procedures, since from a medical perspective the main service is in the first position within a combination. If this parameter is not set, make sure that the OPHC indicator is set. Only if the system uses a main code of surgical procedures number for accessing
SAP recommends to set this indicator.
