Documentation
Definition
If you select this option, when you move appointments, the system reacts as follows:
- The appointments that exist in the period concerned in the target schedule are overbooked if sufficient overbooking capacity exists.
- Available time slots in the period concerned in the target schedule are booked as many times as the overbooking capacity will allow.
- Free intervals (intervals without available time slots during the planning object's working/consulting hours) in the period concerned in the target schedule are booked.
An appointment is overbooked only when there are no more open time slots in the interval of the day in question. This means that when you move appointments, first the open time slots for one day are filled, and then the overbooking capacities defined for the day and period concerned are used, before the open time slots for the next day are filled.
If this option is not selected, the system only takes into account open time slots in the target schedule when you move appointments.
Only persons with overbooking authorization may select this option.
