Documentation
Definition
You allocate visit appointments in relation to time slots stored for defined planning objects.
These time slots are characterized by means of "scheduling types".
For example, you could define the scheduling types "initial visit" or "follow-up visit". You could also maintain examinations to be scheduled as scheduling types.
Supplementary Documentation - ISH_DSPT 0001
Use
Scheduling types are used to classify the available time slots for visit scheduling. Furthermore, the time slots offered by the various planning objects are identified by these scheduling types in the schedules of the planning objects in visit scheduling.
By means of the scheduling type you specify here, you can have the system output the reason for substitution in the schedule of the person to be substituted.
Procedure
Please create a corresponding scheduling type for the treatment organizational unit to which the person to be substituted is assigned as a planning object.
By selecting the Scheduling block indicator for this scheduling type, you can prevent new appointments being created for the substituted person during the substitution period.
