If you flag this option, the system manages DRG diagnoses separately from normal diagnoses and procedures. The system keeps DRG diagnoses totally apart with no relationship to other IS-H objects.
If you have specified separate management, the system overwrites DRG diagnoses without further checks when grouper data is imported
