Definition
This indicator designates that DRG regrouping is advised, since this DRG could have changed.
The IS-H System always sets this indicator when changes have been made to the diagnoses and procedures taken into account by the connected DRG coding and grouping system. Such changes can cause a different value to be returned when the DRG is determined.
