In the invoice overview of case-related invoice processing, this field contains the date of the most recent invoice print.

- Please note that the print date is saved in Live print mode only.
- The date is displayed regardless of whether the document is an invoice or a cancellation document.

Use
Enter the print date for the invoices you want to print using the mass print program. This date can differ from the current date, if, for example, you run the invoice print program over the weekend and want to use the date of the following Monday as the print date.
You can output the print date on your invoice form.
The print date is also recorded in the print status table (technical name NBRK) if live print mode is active.

Use
In this field, specify the print date for the collective bills you want to print. This date can be different to the current date, if, for example, you print your bills over the weekend and want to use the date of the following Monday as the print date.
You can output the print date on your collective bill form.
When you execute the print program in 'live' mode, the system records the print date in the print status table for collective bills (technical name NBRKS).
