Definition

Text field where you are can enter a diagnosis text of your choosing.

Use

If the field is too short, choose F2 to call the SAPscript text editor and store a long text.

If you've entered a free text diagnosis and the cursor is positioned in this field in the table screen and in the detail screen of diagnosis editing, you can call the coding dialog. If you are using IS-H*MED, this also applies for diagnosis entry in surgery documentation.

When you enter diagnoses in other standard processes (for example, admission in IS-H or surgery documentation in IS-H*MED) the system transfers the free text diagnosis entry into the diagnosis overview.
