Definition

The case category enables you to classify a case more precisely. The case category is a semantic-free classification and thus means that you can support processes of your own. You can use the case category to ensure the appropriate documentation and processing of your cases.

For the country versions Switzerland and Austria, indicators exist that enable you to determine the billability of a case more precisely.

Use

Example (for country version Germany):

Case category 'IV': You can use this case category to identify a case that is accommodated by an integrated care contract.

Case category 'BG': You can use this case category to identify a case that is billed for via Workers' Compensation (BG).
