Definition

You use this indicator to specify whether or not the start and end date of an outpatient case are to be entered when the case is created. If this field is blank, the system does not enter the start and end dates of the case. If you have entered values manually, the system does not process the indicator.

You can list the allowed entries for this field using the value help (F4).

  • No presetting
  • Quarterly case: The system enters the start and end dates of the quarter.
  • Daily case: The start and end dates are the visit date.

Country version Germany: If the case is a PPA case, the system enters the current quarter by default.
