Documentation

Definition

This option enables you to specify whether a new invoice should be created or not for each visit.

The indicator is relevant for outpatient cases only.

Use

If you select this option, the system checks if all services, which would normally appear as items on an invoice, are assigned to one movement. If this is not the case, then a split invoice is created per visit. This means that only services which are assigned to the same movement appear on an invoice.

Procedure

If you want to create an invoice per visit, select this option. However, if you want to include services assigned to different visits on one invoice, do not select this option.
