In this field, you can specify the document type that is used for posting the down payment request in Financial Accounting.

Note

Which document type is used for posting the down payment request depends on whether you have created a user parameter for the document type:

• if a user parameter with a valid entry has been defined for you in the system, this setting has priority over the system setting.
• if no user parameter has been specified in your system, the system settings are read.
