Notes

A start date cannot be entered for procedures that are assigned to a surgery movement.
The start date corresponds to the start date of the related surgery movement and is displayed up-to-date from this movement.

A start date can be entered for procedures that are only assigned to a case but not a surgery movement.

Evaluation in statistics
If the start date of the procedure occurs outside of the case interval, this procedure is assigned to the admission in the L5 statistics.
