Definition

The billing status of the movement (visit) is mostly shown in icon form in lists. The meaning of the icons is as follows:

  • No square                - No services to be billed for exist
  • Empty square            - Services are not billed for
  • Half-filled square    - Service are partially billed for
  • Filled square        - Services are fully billed for

The billing status can have the following internal values:

  • ' ' - No services to be billed for exist
  • '1' - Billable services are not billed for
  • '2' - Billable services are partially billed for
  • '3' - Billable services are fully billed for

The values result from the billing status of the services assigned to the movements:

  • If no billable services are assigned to a movement/visit, the billing status of the visit has the value no billable services exist.
  • If none of the billable services that are assigned to the movement has been billed for, the billing status of the visit has the value not billed for.
  • If either not all of the services assigned to the visit/movement are billed for, or at least one service is only partially billed for, the billing status of the visit has the value partially billed for.
  • If all of the billable services that are assigned to the visit are fully billed for, the billing status of the visit has the value fully billed for.
