Documentation
Definition
The system determines the subordinate hierarchy for the organizational unit you enter here. All movements are read that have an assignment (departmental or nursing) to an organizational unit within the hierarchy.
Inter-departmental assignments are taken into account only if the assigning organizational unit and the organizational unit to which assignments are made are both within the hierarchy, or if the organizational unit specified is either the assigning OU or the OU to which assignments are made.
Note
With quick or emergency admission lists, the admitting facility is taken into account in addition to the assignment. Thus, if you enter an admitting facility as an organizational unit, the system reads all movements that are assigned to the admitting facility or its subordinate organizational units as an admitting facility or in the assignment.
