Definition

This field specifies the duration of a treatment appointment in minutes.

You create treatment appointments using Outpatient Clinic Management visit scheduling in relation to available time slots stored for defined planning objects.

These available time slots are characterized using "scheduling types".

You could, for example, store the scheduling types "initial visit" and "follow-up visit". You can, however, also maintain "examinations to be scheduled" as scheduling types.

The default value of this field is the time value that is defined in the scheduling type.
