Please set this indicator if your billing procedure complies with the transitional regulation and not with the regulations for departmentals per diem or base nursing charges (Germany only).
The transitional regulation stipulates that the general nursing charge 1994 is used for billing. This charge is reduced by 10% if procedures surcharges are also billed.
