Definition
If you have created or changed an appointment for a patient, you can stipulate with this indicator whether or not the patient has to be informed of this provisional appointment.
If you do not select this option, it is assumed that the patient has already been notified.
If the notification indicator is flagged for an appointment, this appointment is taken into account in the mass print of appointment notifications. The indicator is reset when printout completes successfully.
