Definition

Enter the alternative language for your form in this field.

The language version of language-controlled forms is determined from the language of the form recipient. If a language is not specified in the insurance provider master or the patient master of the recipient, or if a patient or an insurance provider is not assigned to the form, the system uses the alternative language specified in this field as the form language.
The alternative language is also used if the form does not exist in the language version from the insurance provider master or the patient master.

Make sure that the form and its associated texts exist in the alternative language specified.

Note that this field is only evaluated if you selected Language Control in the form output control and when defining the work organizer. Only use language control for forms for which language control is active in the relevant work organizer type.
