Example

In May, goods are delivered to a foreign country. The invoice 90000815 is also created in May. In the following month, the customer returns part of the goods due to poor quality. You create a credit memo for returns 90002073 in June. The credit memo for the returned goods must be taken into consideration in the official declaration.

In this example, the outgoing invoice 90000815 is the reference document for the correction 90002073 (credit memo for returns).
