Definition
When changes are made to the installation structure, the relevant register readings may be required so that the installation can be billed. For this reason, the system performs a check to determine the required register readings.
This field is used to record the type of change made in the check module.
Such changes to the installation structure include allocating a register, cancelling an allocation, and maintaining register relationships.
