Usage in the rate category facts
If you allocate this replacement value to an operand in the rate category facts, then this operand is proposed for maintenance in all installation facts to which the rate category is allocated. You are required to specify a value for this operand in the installation facts if no value is entered in the rate category facts.
Note that the rates are allocated to the installation indirectly via the allocation of the rate types. The rates to be used are found in rate determination.
