Definition

Shows the overall plan value of the object to be planned (order, WBS element, appropriation request, investment program position) as a help for depreciation planning.

Use

If you do not enter a different program version, the system automatically uses version 000.

The amount is displayed in the controlling area currency of the given object.

If you enter your depreciation simulation distributions in the form of percentages or equivalence numbers, then the system calculates the base amount for the depreciation simulation rules from this overall amount.

Example

You defined distribution rules using percentages (30% and 70%). The overall plan value is 100,000 USD. The resulting depreciation base amounts are 30,000 USD and 70,000 USD.
