Definition
When this indicator is set, the budget for the objects (such as capital investment measures), belonging to this object, has to be obtained from a program budget from a higher position.
The individual objects have to be assigned to a program position. The total of the budgets of the individual objects, which are assigned to a program position, cannot exceed the budget of this program position.
