Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the measures assigned to this program position can receive their overall budget only from a distribution from this program position.
Use
When this indicator is set, the assigned measures can never receive more overall budget in total than is available on the program position (consistency check).
Otherwise, the measures can be budgeted separately, without the system checking the available budget on the program positions they are assigned to. In this case, you are limited to a side-by-side comparison in reporting of the totals of the measure budgets with the overall budget of the program positions to which the measures belong.
Dependencies
You can set the indicator as a default in the program type. You can also also enter it directly in each end node position of an investment program. (End nodes are positions that have no other positions assigned below them in the hierarchy.)
The system ignores the indicator if the definition of the investment program specifies separating the budget according to budget categories.
Note
You can also specify a corresponding distribution of the annual budget in the program type or the program definition.
