Definition
This indicator is used for the depreciation forecast for 'leaves' (positions with no subordinate positions) of a capital investment program. If this indicator is set, then the system uses the plan value, including all values distributed to measures, as the base value for the forecast. This procedure can be useful if you do not maintain data for the depreciation simulation in the measures assigned to the program.
