Takes values from previous approval years into account.

Use

Set this indicator if you want the system to include values and measures of the investment program of the same name from all previous approval years (carryforward) in the report.

There are preconditions for the use of this indicator in this way. Both preconditions must have been met during or after the investment program for the current approval year was created by the fiscal year change.

The preconditions are:

• Measures from the previous approval year were also transferred
• The plan and budget values of the old investment program were also transferred to the new program as a balance carried forward
