Definition

If you set this indicator, the system first deletes all existing plan values in the target version along with their line items on these program positions.
Then the system transfers the plan values of the source version in their full amount as one new line item per program position.

If you do not set this indicator, then all already existing plan values remain on the program positions in the target version. Then the system creates an additional line item, per program position, for the amount of the difference between the plan values on the source and target versions.
