Definition

Set this indicator, if you want to carry forward the overall plan values to the target investment program.
The system then carries forward the totals of the overall plan values of the positions of measures relevant to the fiscal year change. These totals are carried forward from the positions in the source program, to the positions of the target investment program that have the same name.

The systems considers all measures that are not yet closed as relevant to the fiscal year change. If you entered a status selection profile, then the relevant measures are those that are not yet closed and which satisfy the status selection profile.
