Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the system transfers only non-released measures and appropriation requests to current approved values of the investment program in the new approval year.
Use
It makes sense to set this indicator, if you want to manage appropriation requests and measures, which were approved and released in prior approval years, separately from appropriation requests and measures in the current approval year (use of carryforward values).
The system does not create carryforward values for old measures and appropriation requests that were not released. The system treats these old measures/requests as if they were being included in investment planning for the first time (carryforward to current approved values).
In more detail, this means:
- A measure (order or WBS element) is adopted into the current approved values, as long as both of the following apply:
- It is not released.
- It is not excluded from the transfer because of its status selection profile.
- An appropriation request is adopted, as long as all of the following apply:
- It is not released.
- It has not been rejected.
- It has not been replaced by a measure.
- It is not excluded from the transfer because of its status selection profile.
