Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the system transfers all relevant measures and appropriation requests to current approved values of the investment program in the new approval year.
Use
It makes sense to set this indicator, if you do not as a rule create any carryforward values and you want to transfer all old appropriation requests and measures to the current plan and budget values.
Plan values and budget values from previous approval years automatically increase the current plan and budget values of the current approval year.
In more detail, this means:
- A measure (order or WBS element) is adopted into the current approved values, as long as both of the following apply:
- It is not closed.
- It is not excluded from the transfer because of its status selection profile.
- An appropriation request is adopted, as long as all of the following apply:
- It is not closed.
- It has not been rejected.
- It has not been replaced by a measure.
- It is not excluded from the transfer because of its status selection profile.
