Definition

Set this indicator, if you want the assignment of the program positions to the already approved individual measures from previous years to also be taken over at the fiscal year change of the capital investment program. When you make this choice, the plan and budget values from the previous years are also taken over into the new investment program and managed there separately.

Using this procedure has the following advantages:

• When you create reports for the current fiscal year, you can evaluate not only the measures approved in the current (or a later) fiscal year, you can also evaluate those that were already approved in a previous fiscal year, but that lead to costs in the current (or a later) fiscal year.
• A measure that was approved before the current fiscal year can receive supplements not only from the investment program of the approval year, but also from the investment program of the current fiscal year.
