Definition
Set this indicator if you want no longer want it to be possible to attach and detach measures or appropriation requests to or from the program positions of this investment program.
Usually you set this indicator toward the end of an approval year, in order to guarantee that measures and appropriation requests can only be assigned to the investment program for the new approval year.
Caution: Automatic reassignment of measures within one and the same investment program is still allowed (transaction IM05) after this indicator is set.
