Documentation
Definition
Specifies the overall status of the archiving object.
Use
The following statuses are possible:
- Complete
Both write process and the delete phase are completed. - Incomplete
Archiving sessions can be marked as incomplete for the following reasons: - The write process has not yet completed, the deletion program has not yet run for all archive files, or there is a terminated write job.
- When archiving sessions are reloaded, the contents of the archiving session are reloaded to the database and marked as incomplete.
- Reloading archiving sessions can trigger additional archiving sessions. These contain data that is not inserted into the database when reloading another archiving session. The archiving session is not released for further access until the reload has been successfully completed.
- Archiving sessions that were interrupted, either explicitly by the user or because one of the interruption criteria has been fulfilled - either the runtime has been exceeded or the volume of data to be written has been exceeded.
- With Errors
The write process terminated before the completion of the first archive file.
Dependencies
Contrary to the status of the archiving session, this status reflects the status of the archiving (all actions) of an archiving object. The status of the time period that was selected previously in the displayed query is taken into account. This means that the overall status can be With Errors even though the status of the last archiving session is Complete.
