Determines whether the system displays the G/L account description that was valid in the system on the date when the document was posted.
Use
By default, the system selects this checkbox. This means that the report output displays the G/L account description that was valid on the posting date of the document.
If you want to use the current description in the G/L account master record, deselect this checkbox.
