Definition
Saving unit is used as the multiplication factor for each MB of database size deleted during archiving
Use
You can maintain the saving unit value per MB for a particular timeframe (for example, 1999 # 2001). If the saving unit is not maintained for any particular timeframe, the saving unit is considered to be 1.

Saving Unit Per MB: 3
If the archive size is 23.6 MB and the size of the database deleted is 23.4 MB, the saving is 23.4 * 3 = 70.2.
