Documentation

Definition

This documentation also exists as an include in data element IB_AUFKT(IBIP) Number of times the processing of an operation or sub-operation is repeated during order processing.

Use

Use the execution factor to indicate how many times an operation or sub-operation is to be carried out during processing of an order.
The execution factor refers to the work, the operation duration, the operation quantity and the material quantity.

If the indicator fixed operation quantity was set, the execution factor has no effect. If the indicator fixed lot was set, the material quantity remains unchanged.

The execution factor of a sub-operation is determined by the execution factor of the corresponding operation.

Dependencies

The following is valid for task lists:

The values entered for the above fields each refer to execution factor 1. If you enter an execution factor in the task list, its only use is as a default value for order processing.

Example:

Execution factor = 3

Operation duration = 2 h

Work = 4 h

Material quantity = 1 piece

If you refer to service specifications, you cannot use execution factors.

The following is valid for orders:

When you copy a task list to the order the execution factor is automatically multiplied with the fields above. The quantities entered from the task list in the order are then changed as follows (compare with example above): Example:

Execution factor = 3

Operation duration = 6 h

Work = 12 h

Material quantity = 3 pieces

When the execution factor is changed, the quantities entered from the above fields are redetermined, taking into account the old execution factor:

Example: old new

Execution factor 3 ==> 2

Operation duration 6 ==> 4

Work 12 ==> 8

Material quantity 3 ==> 2

Changes to the above fields refer in each case to current execution factor:

Example: old new

Execution factor 2 2

Operation duration 4 ==> 5

Work 8 8

Material quantity 2 2
