Quantity of service in the corresponding unit of measure defined in the service master record.

Use

For immediate services, the value entered specifies the quantity of a service that is performed or planned for the case on a day.

For extended services, the service quantity is not displayed. However, you can use this field as an input help when entering an extended service for a given number of days as of the start date of the service. The system uses the quantity specification to set the service end date based on the service start date.

Procedure

Examples

You enter the extended service A with start date 01/01 and quantity 10. The system automatically sets the end date of service A to (01/01 + 10) 01/11.
