Definition
The G/L allocation number is additional information in the line item. Only customer and vendor line items for which a special G/L indicator has been entered are affected. When displaying the line items in the corresponding special G/L account, they are listed in order, sorted according to the G/L allocation number.
The contents of the field are created either by the system according to specified rules, or entered manually.
You determine which rule is to be used for the field layout in the master record of the special G/L account.
