Documentation
Use
In this field, you can specify a percentage to indicate that the demand planning should not only be based on the prebookings for the event type or on the previous year's bookings but also using a percentage value by which the demand can be either increased or decreased.
Procedure
Enter the percentage by which you can vary (increase or decrease) the demand planning if necessary.
If you wish to increase it by a certain percentage, enter the required value. If you wish to decrease the value, enter a minus symbol also.
Example
There are 32 prebookings for a certain business event type. The optimum capacity specified for the event type is 10 attendees. However, you can assume that the number of prebookings will increase. In this case, you enter the value '20+' in the percentage field. The system registers a demand of 4 dates for the event type, taking as the optimum number of attendees 8.
