Holiday calendar key
Use
The modifier determines which holiday calendar is to be used when generating the shift schedule. The modifier is defined per company code/plant/plant section in table T001P. On the one hand, you can trace back different company code/plant/plant section combinations to a holiday calendar with this modifier. On the other hand, you can use different holiday calendars for the shift schedule generation within a company code or a plant.
Procedure
Examples
- The branches Walldorf and Stuttgart have the same public holidays. Therefore, it is not necessary to create a separate holiday calendar for every branch.
- However, it is also possible to store local public holidays within a company code/plant using this modifier (for example, the Augsburger Friedensfest). Via the plant section used only in HR, you can allocate separate plant sections to salespeople who are employed in the same company code/plant, but who work in districts with different public holidays.
