Definition
The average consumption value is calculated from the last n values that were read for a device. Note that n can have a maximum value of 12.
If the installation is billed monthly, the average consumption for the last year is stored in the Average consumption field.
If the installation is billed yearly, the average consumption for the last 12 years is stored in the Average consumption field.
If the installation is billed on a frequency other than yearly or monthly, the average consumption for the last 12 billing periods is stored in the Average consumption field.
