Documentation
Definition
The specifying FS item can be used in different ways. It has no significance for any of the classification keys not defined:
- AFA - When transferring an asset, it is possible to perform depreciation for various items (for example, tangible assets, financial assets), depending on the asset item selected for the transfer. The depreciation item is selected in the field 'Sel.item' (elimination of IC profit and loss in inventory).
- BER - Income from investment item determined in order to correctly calculate the net income for the year (consolidation of investments).
- DAU - Distribution of dividends item determined in order to correctly calculate the net income for the year. Only dividends are allowed under this key (consolidation of investments).
- GVK - Original equity item for which a link is to be created to an appropriation of retained income item for the group share (consolidation of investments).
- GVM - Original equity item for which a link is to be created to an appropriation of retained income item for minority interest (consolidation of investments).
- MIN - Original equity or investment item from which the minority interest will be reclassified as a minority interest item in the balance sheet (consolidation of investments).
- Q++ - Original accounts receivable/accounts payable item for affiliated companies ('++' represents a document type). During intercompany elimination, a reclassification as "external" is performed for proportionally consolidated companies (consolidation of investments).
- VLO - If an item is carried forward to another item using the 'VTR' entry, the initial item can then be deleted using this 'VLO' entry (balance carried forward).
- VTR - Item to be carried forward (balance carried forward).
- BWD - With the help of the specifying item, a transaction type for each item can be assigned to the entry (see documentation on transaction type).
