Definition
Limiting value for a subsequent reduction of/exemption from franchise tax (FT) in annual FT evaluation.
Use
It is used for the water, district heating and gas divisions.
If the total relevant consumption in the period evaluated exceeds the limit quantity, the result for the business partner is as follows:
- Water and district heating divisions: FT reduction
- Gas division: FT exemption.
Dependencies
To evaluate the FT, you require your own report.
You determine the total relevant consumption using the UM field (unit of measurement). This total consists only of quantities with the same unit of measure as in field UM.
In the gas division the customer can also be subsequently exempted if the average price for the period evaluated does not exceed the price limit.
Example
Gas division:
UM field (unit of measurement): kWh; limit quantity: 53000.
