Definition
This field is only significant for field types 1 and 2.
If you want to only address one specific subgroup from a group of
fields, you can enter an offset value in this field.
Usually, you should set this value to 0.
Example:

You want to address the group of fields WK-014 to WK-026 for the file KESS. The offset value is then "13".
The offset value is always 0 for field groups in file GLDB.
